Biography

I completed my bachelor in Financial Mathematics at Ryerson University, where my friends and I co-founded the Ryerson Algorithmic Trading Group. A group which was dedicated to developing algorithms which makes trades based on mathematical models.

Following my time at Ryerson, I began working at the intersection of AI and art in early 2019 at Wondeur AI as a Machine Learning Engineer focusing on developing models for capturing dynamics in the art market. I specialize in conducting analysis on social networks and building and deploying end to end machine learning pipelines. I also spend my time mentoring other students and other individuals within the community who wants to transition their career or break into the field of Data Science and Machine Learning.

Project Syndicate

The project uses the Toronto MCI (Major Crimes Indicators) dataset consisting of time and location information of various crimes. This project consists of a ML model deployed to predict the burrough of the crime given the offence, MCI, and time of the crime. It also provides visual analysis of the crimes committed around Toronto. This project was created with Python, Flask, HTML and Jave Script connected to a PostgressQL database.

Project Corona

This project gathers data daily from John Hopkins Coronavirus Research Center and creates a dashboard of visualizationis and statistics associated to the corona virus pandemic. It serves to be an information source and proviides daily changes to your countries covid-19 impact.

Project Dialect

The purpose of Project Dialect is to use and implement algorithmic & modelling approaches to different areas of NLP. This project was created with Python, Flask, HTML and Jave Script connected to a PostgressQL database. Dialect uses NLP in areas like text summarization, translation and entity recognition.

Project Photobook Album

The purpose of this repository is to create a full stack web development project dedicated to allowing users to store their memories. Users can create an account, create albums dedicated towards specific memories in their life and upload images + comments to those newly created albums. This project was built using a postgress DB, python (Flask backend), HTML, CSS and js.
